Dear

We believe we now need to wear a mask to enter your store.

Masks carry a high risk of both long term and short term illnesses. Not least bacterial pneumonias, potential brain damage and lung cancer, from oxygen reduction, bacteria breeding on the masks and releasing of fibres from the mask onto the lungs.

No matter your position in any company, you, nor any of your employees, have no right to ask another person to potentially damage their health for anyone else. That is not your decision to make

LAW stands for Land Air Water, these are undisputable human rights, which no man has any right to deny from another man. Attempting to restrict oxygen flow by the use of a mask is unlawful.

For a mask to be mandatory could I ask you to prove full isolation of the Covid 19 virus in the public domain.

Then for a member of your staff to even entertain being able to ask another person to cover their vital airways they must provide:

1. A risk assessment based on my personal medical condition to determine whether there is any risk to me arising from wearing a mask.

2. The medical licence of your employee who is asking people to wear a mask. To recommend someone to wear a mask is a medical procedure and needs full informed consent from a medical practitioner. To practice any medicine without a licence is unlawful and carries a large fine and possible prison sentence.

3. Your compensation package should I fall sick while at your store from wearing of the mask. This must include any sickness endured while wearing a mask or within 28 days of wearing a mask in your store.

You must compensate if you are asking people to restrict their airway.

There is insurmoutable evidence that masks cause harm and do not prevent the spread of infection and actually increase the spread.

To that end there is no basis for your recommendation. So please provide the 3 items listed above failure to do will result in a legal challenge being taken against you for discrimination.

Without prejudice

Yours sincerely
